I would recommend based on the look and quality but I would suggest to my friend to ask about their possible install crew prior to their purchase and to expect major delays. Site cleanup especially during the job not just at completion. Another thing that should be addressed is that Mike showed us pictures along with verbal confirmation of the protection measures that would be used to protect our property i.e. our decks. They did not place any tarps down on any of the decks prior to start of demolition. We actually paid our housing contractor to do that for us. Your install crew did use some sort of "netting" on one small portion of an older deck but that was all. Do not advertise and or guarantee to prospective buyers the protection measures you are going to place if your install crew has no intention of doing it.

“Absolutely not! If I could rate this into the negatives I would! The site was a constant tripping hazard and messy. If there would have been a medical emergency during the time they were present there is no way a gurney would have even been able to make it to the front door. Just as an example a ladder was placed in front of our front door for weeks fully erected. They seldom completed a daily clean, not even a sweep of the walkway that we used on a daily basis.”

We ended up doing our own site cleanup and gutter cleanup (after they filled the gutters with demolition debris from our old shingles to the point they overflowed with water, then froze and created a huge slip hazard where not only I but our other contractor fell).”
