Randal was so professional and so respectful. I think that he probably anticipated that given the age of our house and our age that we might not be potential customers but he still went through the process of measuring everything and giving us a thorough estimate. We were sorry we were not able to move forward with the expenditure but we will recommend them to someone else based on his service.
