This project used an Interlock® Slate system in Deep Charcoal on a home in West Kelowna, BC, completed September 9, 2019. The project covered roughly 29 squares of roofing. Al Suitso and Deborah B. rated the work 5 out of 5 in an independent survey conducted by GuildQuality on October 17, 2019. Installation Crew scored 3 out of 5, with the homeowner noting: “I did pass on a comment to Interlock Roofing.” The installation was carried out by Interlock Roofing.
They could have improved with proper training of the installation crew. The big issue was with the installer. With regard to the installation, they need to improve the training of the installation crew and the installation crew needs to be better at communicating. Lots of broken promises.
