Metal Shingles White Rock, BC Review

    Review: June 22, 2017Completion: May 2, 2016

About 6 months after the project was completed, I noticed there was a lot of asphalt bits in my gutters. About 4-5 bags worth. I believed this happened when Interlock was prepping the old asphalt roof for the new metal shingle one. So it would have been nice for them to have cleaned out the gutters as that should have been part of the job cleanup.

Metal Shingles White Rock, BC Review

    Review: May 12, 2015Completion: May 12, 2015

Regarding their warranty, the salesperson made it sound to us like it was covered by a third party, but when we read the fine print, it was covered only by Interlock, not a third party. That was one reason we went with Penfold (their warranty is covered by a third party).
