I think their only issue right now is that their product is so good and the demand is so high that there is a wait for it. I had to wait getting someone to contact me initially. I think that issue is because there is such a demand for the product, which they were honest about. We wanted it before the snow came. We contacted them in June and it took them a while to respond but we are satisfied with it. The people who came to install it were wonderful as well. I think that if they did some advertising up north here there would be so many people wanting that roof. My friend from the United States said she wanted it as well. They would just have to advertise up here and they would have guaranteed business.
