One concern that I had, was that the customer satisfaction survey that Interlock Roofing asked me to fill out, was required to be filled out in the presence of the installer at the immediate completion of the job on the day he left. That made little to no sense to me. A person should have the opportunity to enjoy the product for a specified period of time before filling out customer satisfaction analysis. There is no opportunity immediately after the completion of the project to know if there are any problems. I would recommend being allowed to wait a certain period of time so that it is an accurate survey.

The first thing that happened with the first snow, is that the snow removed a portion of my eaves troughs (gutter). I came home and the first sliding snow tore those off.”
