Communication. Just keep me informed when you think the project may start, instead of me having to make the call every few weeks. And when on site, the crew chief could have done a better job communicating when he would return to the site, as he would not show up on some days due to weather or other responsibilities. Which is fine, but I just wanted to be informed. . Product looks fantastic. Have received lots of compliments. Hopefully it lasts as promised, or if there are issues, they are resolved quickly. .
