“From the time we signed the contract and gave our deposit, I didn't here from them for over a month. I had to call multiple times, to get the salesman to find out when our installation would be scheduled. It was the end of July, and we wanted to make plans for the summer. We had to keep calling to see when they were coming. When they did schedule the installation, they didn't show up. We had to find out why. If I didn't call, no one called me. I thought that was inconsiderate.”
