“The installation manager (Gilles) was condescending to my wife when we challenged the lack of progress and made a comment as to what should have been done. When the project was delayed because of the subcontractor's truck breaking down, we felt that a truck/vehicle should have been rented. He stated that doing so was unprofessional even though the subcontractor's truck had no company name on it. Getting the job done quickly is more important to the customer than what vehicle is in the driveway.”
