The shipment of product from Dartmouth to my home was delayed as the Armour truck driver had no note or number to call us before delivery so we were not home and the material went back to the Armour warehouse. I had to organize/schedule shipment for the next morning to my home. In the end no delays happened as the installers weren't able to get to my job until late morning. Had they arrived when they initially thought, there would have been a delay. Overall, great product and service. Highly recommended for the piece of mind!
