I'd say my house has the nicest-looking roof on my street. The choice of patterns and colours is really a nice feature. It's worth it if you can afford it. The company is much more professional than any local contractor (and I talked to several). It feels strange always calling a toll-free number during Pacific time for any concerns. After we signed the contract, we were expecting to have local contact person. Thank you for the opportunity to give feedback!

“The crew did quality work and showed up in all kinds of weather and even on holidays. But they didn't seem totally professional. They didn't introduce themselves when they arrived, just started putting scaffolding up. Seemed like they didn't really want to be there. They also smoked up one Friday afternoon. There wasn't much coordination with the dumpster and delivery truck. The delivery drivers spent much time waiting on the street because the crew went somewhere, so the drivers asked me to call and figure out when they were coming back.”

“All the roofing quality looks really great. Our only concern was a small (one foot wide) gap next to where the chimney was removed and it was open to the attic. We had to cover it ourselves to keep the rain out until someone comes to take down the rest of the chimney. It's difficult to describe.”

“They seemed to try to keep it clean as they worked. We had a big snowfall a couple days before the end of the job, so we can't see if there's much debris left on the ground under the snow. Unfortunately, two weeks after the job was finished, the dumpster is still in our yard, even though I've called twice to get it picked up.”

“John estimated 6 weeks with good weather before the job could start. Even though the weather was really bad (rainy) it only took 8 weeks for the crew to show up. They worked over the holidays and had it done in about a week and a half, which seemed reasonable. We were very impressed. Compared to local contractors (who are difficult to get ahold of and take many months or years to start roofing jobs) the process went fast as lightning.”
