“The install crew was 100%. I have absolutely no complaints. They did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. The big issue was with Bob and his sales tactics. When I asked for a quote, I wanted it to include an outbuilding. He led me to believe the shed was in the quote, but it wasn't. I sent him an email, and he didn't respond to it. He also said we could pay up to 25% with a credit card for the points, but it was only 10%. I asked them about it and they rectified that. I think he convinced me to get the job.”
