I was not happy with the issue with the snow guard. I paid a lot of money and they were trying to tell me they weren't necessary when they were. Interlock could have improved on customer relations, and their expertise on what is needed on a project. Don't just charge whatever. After some discussion Bob did offer to give us the snow guards. As I understand Bob was responsible for the additional costs.
