“The staff has a big problem with communication. We have a heritage home and things had to be done different to maintain the heritage of the home. The problem was Bob and Gilles never communicated with each other the things that needed to be done. Neither of them communicated with us about what they were doing, because the original decisions that we made ended up being something different when they started the work.”

“No, they were a month late. I work at sea and I get a call saying they are coming and bringing all of this stuff to my island. Which you can't do so I had to make quick arrangement for the supplies to be stored at a local place. If they would have communicated with me we could have made better arrangement not just a couple of hours before delivery.”
