Proper supervision to make sure the installation is correct and looks good. (Our roof does not look very good). Only time will tell if it lasts as advertised. The sight clean up was terrible we were worried that someone would be or will be injured by the vast amount of sharp debris (am still finding sharps in gutters, garden and yard). I did not get it done. When I went to pay up front, the flat part jumped in price about $4000. I even sent them a copy of the quote. John said it was for the main part. It is clearly written that the flat part was part of the quote. I just want to make sure Justin and his guys get a pat on the back. They were amazing.
