Review: May 11, 2017Completion: April 28, 2017I think you have a good product and the men are knowledgeable when it comes to installing but I hesitate because I wouldn't want to say to someone that they are great and then have them wait and wait. Some of the safety practices need to be addressed with the boards coming off the roof. There were high winds and if we had been in a city, that board could have went through someones house for sure.

I just jumped the gun wanting it, more than I could afford it. He made the financing very affordable, but I still didn't have the income. I couldn't justify spending that kind of money right this year. He was very flexible and knowledgeable and I was impressed with the presentation and the product and I love the fact that it's local.

Review: May 10, 2017I am still waiting for the president of Interlock to give me a call back. It puts a big question mark in my mind that he cannot take the time to speak with me about the warranty. I would like the results of this survey to be shown to the president. I am looking for a lifetime warranty because my son is going to own this home after I do and he is autistic. I need to get a letter saying that the warranty will be honored in case any problems arise.
