The sales pitch, I did not like or appreciate the sales pitch. It was either commit to it now, or the price goes up. We asked them to wait to build the tiles until we sold the house, but they didn't and we were forced to do something financially we didn't want to do. At the ends of the roof, when heavy rain is present, the water is running onto the concrete. It is not going into the gutter.

There should have been someone there to make sure that that did not happen. I was disappointed with the crew they left in charge of prepping the sire. There was no site visit. There was zero quality control on the install. We are satisfied with the product and the look of it but not with the leaks.

When they came to do the installation, they said they couldn't do that. It was quite an additional charge that was added on for that. We are still negotiating on the price of stripping the roof, but other than that everything is fine.

These cannot be picked up using a magnet, and would easily be picked up by a car tire. If you have a gravel driveway, they are not easily seen. Diligent care needs to be taken to try to minimize dropping nails inadvertently. On the scheduling side, ran out of material which put the project back a week.

However, when I again brought these to their attention, they were fixed satisfactorily. The itemd were thingd one by the 2nd. The primary did the corrections. The completion of this job was slightly delayed due to an electical storn that chased the crew off the roof. I was impressed by then arriving early and staying until it was too dark to safely work longer.
