If you would be able to 1) check for strapping or sheeting, 2) coordinate the start dates a bit closer 3) have the crews "run the metal broom" around the area daily and 4) ensure any gutter guards are replaced properly and vents are not covered with sheeting, 5) follow up with a telephone courtesy call well before the email survey. That wasn's a major issue as we have another car just an inconvienence Very happy thus far, provided we have no issues with the snow staying on the roof, if it slides off as advertised, I'll be estatic.

It really is a situation so many times with salespeople where they are so eager to get a deal they start getting pushy and show frustration when you don't buy at that moment. That was not the case with Ross. He also knew we weren't in the market for another year or two. Hopefully it will all work out.
