They didn't put pressure on us, which is an important thing, especially because replacing a roof can be very costly. The other companies also went up on our roof to give an estimate, which Interlock did not do.

We had a heavy rainstorm just a week after installation and the rain on the roof was very quiet as Jeff told us it would be. The crew was great. Then their truck broke down and even though all the working material was present, they did not take a cab over.. All together they missed perfectly sunny days. Could you come and take the sign away? Two months later they called and said the estimate was not right, so I agreed to pay that and said to go ahead and do it, but they never called me. There should be more communication between them and their client.
