I will not recommend your company to anyone since you communication is terrible and the product quality is still unknown. For the amount of money we spent on a roof I expected to be treated a lot better. Extremely disappointing. Communication by everyone Too many bad things made this experience awful. I really don't have much more to say about it. I wish I went in another direction now.

Review: March 30, 2016 Completion: February 19, 2016The one area that I believe they should become more knowledgable in is when a person has a dish on their home that you can always take the dish off but they can never put a dish back on a metal roof. I knew they were taking it off but they shouldn't have put it back on. That is when it caused some damage because they do not know anything about installing dishes on a metal roof. We have had people stop in front of our house to view their sign. It is getting recognition that is for sure.

They should let the client think about it, not say you have to do it today or you don't get the discount. It's a big decision and the salesperson said you have to do it tonight or you don't get the discount.

I told him that I didn't like the sales technique that if you sign up tonight you get a different price. I really hate that sales tactic. He said he was obligated by his employer to offer that to him. The cost was prohibitive so I'm not going with a metal roof.
