Salesman should have explained the importance of snow guards in more areas than just entryways. Presently there are only 5 over both the front and rear doors. See above

I talked to the crew and Jennifer, the lady managing it, and they said I could have the scraps. In the end they didn't leave me the scraps. If the answer was no then they should have said no.

Materials were left in my driveway out in the rain for 2 weeks before installation. After incorrect information from the sales rep I purchased unneeded flashing for my skylight that cost me a restocking fee to return. Our prior roof leaked from day 1, and the workmanship was so shoddy that I felt if I complained and the roofers returned they were likely to do more harm than good.
