Once we told them about that, they had someone out here cleaning it. They did not put snow guards on part of our roof that should of had them. They did come out and put extra on there. That should of been part of the initial survey of the house.

When the project was finally started, we were called the morning of to say they would be to our location in a few hours. I would have preferred more notice. However, the workmanship, and quality of the installation was wonderful. The site was constantly kept clean during the entire installation. They performed with the utmost care on our property.

When I came home that evening 1/2 to 3/4 of the roof was completed. My wife had received a message too from the install crew (broken english-hard to understand).
