Beyond the visit from the sales department, we felt there was very little communication. From purchase to installation we had no knowledge as to when the installation would take place, just a 2 month time frame. Only receiving a call notifying us that the product was ordered a month after we signed the contract and a delivery driver would be contacting us. The next time we received any information was when the installer phoned 2 1/2 weeks after delivery, to advise installation would begin next day. My husband and I felt with the purchase of a $20,000 roofing system we should have known when the actual installation would begin. We could've at least received a call confirming that we did receive the delivery, at which time the office could have given us a widow of time (with in 5 days) as to when we could expect the installation to begin. We didn't receive a follow up call after installation either. No one called to confirm completion, to see if we were satisfied or to give us instruction for payment. However, we did receive our loan application papers, left at our front door by fed ex. No signature required, just left at our front door with all our personal banking information inside, where some one could've picked it up and had access too. We don't require the loan anymore but no one at your offices would know that because they never called. I love my roof but without your installation crew, Interlock has no customer service. There is customer care after the contract is signed but at least I received this survey in my email, after installation.
