When you looked up the roof the shingle butts did not line-up, also the starter strip in the peak joints do not appear to be beveled and aligned correctly. It is very hot and it is a rough job. I don't know if they could improve that for their employees. We only had one problem with one of the skylights not opening but they fixed that immediately. I called on a Tuesday and they were here Thursday. I have given several people information about the company. We are so happy with the roof.

Review: October 2, 2014 Completion: June 18, 2014No. When you sell a product and say there is a 50 year warranty you should not send something out later that says they can refuse and cancel it at any point it is not worth anything. Their subcontractor should keep their word with the warranty. I am the president of two companies and when I tell someone something it does not vary. They do not have any weasel clauses with me. They have that with this warranty.

Your offices need to order materials and have installers show up when customers are told that they will. Customers should not have to hound the company to complete the job! Your office needs to improve their customer service. At the end of a job you leave it up to your installation crew to collect payment which requires the customer to sign off on the job immediately. Where are the Interlock employees?
