Metal Shingles Strathmore, AB Review
Review: February 13, 2022Completion: January 17, 2022I thought the fellas who did the job were very accommodating, and I enjoyed them being around. I have nothing but good things to say about the workers and the job they did. Everything was done as it was supposed to be. I was overall satisfied.

Metal Roofing Chapel Hill, NC Review
Review: February 11, 2022Completion: February 11, 2022Our experience with this company was exceptionally good. Their sales person, Mr. Brougham was extremely well versed in all of the products he displayed for us, demonstrating the pros and cons of each of them. He did NOT pressure us at all and allowed us to select the roof we wanted. There was a call back for a minor problem which they came out the next day and addressed and remedied the problem immediately.

Metal Shingles Silverdale, WA Review
Review: February 8, 2022Completion: December 22, 2021Overall, the team that came out to do the work did a pretty good job, worked very hard, and finished the job in a timely manner. They could have improved in cleaning at the end of the day to make sure materials aren't thrown all over the place. They tried because there was one individual that went around. Sometimes they missed, but it's not really a big deal. They did a good job installing the roof, and it looks nice.

Metal Shingles Montague Gold Mines, NS Review
Review: February 7, 2022Completion: January 7, 2022Once the sales contract was signed we didn’t have any further contact from John. Whether it was him or customer service it would have been nice to get a monthly update on where our job was in the queue. Our existing roof was in poor condition and we had some concern about whether it would last until the new roof was installed

Review: February 7, 2022Completion: January 16, 2022Interlock Roofing has an excellent product, and it looks amazing! Interlock Roofing did a fantastic job! There was no where that they needed improvement. My only criticism is the sign that I agreed to put up is not attractive.

Metal Shingles Unionville, CT Review
Review: February 7, 2022Completion: January 17, 2022Installation was good but the site was not clean. They left nails all over and the deck got damaged. Their clean-up. They still have not technically come out to see the end of the project due to the snow. We are still waiting to schedule that.

Metal Shingles Brampton, ON Review
Review: January 22, 2022Completion: January 10, 2022Professionalism, quality of workmanship, honesty and feedback. Workmanship was not satisfied also after complications of the roof project they did not cleaned the gutters left all the screws and metal pieces in the gutter. Noticed they had damaged the gutter mounting at some area. Many places roof slates are scratched and did not put enough snow guards as per we were agreed. When reminded the installer about gutter cleaning response was we have done it. When I have shown the picture of the… Read more →

Metal Shakes Portland, OR Review
Review: January 20, 2022Completion: December 21, 2021I would recommend, with the caveat that the person didn’t need a new roof immediately and got a firm date absolutely nailed down. Not sure how much of the issue was due to the universal supply-chain problems, and how much was due to the labor shortage, but the roof went on a couple of months after it was implied by the salesman that it would go on, and about a month after the ‘will surely be on by’ time. However, when we had a leak in the interim, interlock sent a technician out who quickly and… Read more →

Metal Shingles Chicago, IL Review
Review: January 10, 2022Completion: December 22, 2021Interlock was the only roofing company that took my request seriously. Another metal roofing company, whom I will not mention, basically dismissed my initial inquiry as not worth their time. They need to follow up with the customer confirming the start date, and/or informing them when there is a delay. I called several times with no response. I eventually, contacted John to get some answers, as the office scheduler could not be reached, as well as the field project manager. I believe that… Read more →

Interlock is a superior product which will ensure roof confidence for a lifetime.
