Metal Shingle Roof Review — Portland/Tigard & Lincoln City, OR (2004–2017)
Review: August 15, 2019 Completion: October 23, 2017Interlock installed a roof at our Tigard home in 2004 and it still looks brand new. When it was time to replace our Lincoln City house's roof at the beach, we did not hesitate to call them again. They work so hard to please and both roofs are beautiful.

Review: August 15, 2019 Completion: October 13, 2017We live in Tigard Oregon. We were able to schedule the installation of the new roof just before the Rainy season began. We had the old shingles removed and found that our plywood was rotting and that it could not support the nails for the new metal roof. Interlock removed the rotting plywood and then we found that some of the supporting roof truss pieces were also rotting and cracking. So Interlock also replaced them. I had to call several times for a receipt and to see if someone was coming to inspect the roof. I have had no response. I would like to speak to someone in regards to my receipt and a post-inspection of the roof.

It would have been nice to have gotten a better understanding of when they would arrive & leave so my children did not have to be disrupted during bedtime.

Everything else was just stellar, we were really impressed and pleased. We are super pleased with the product, it was exactly what we were hoping for. It was more expensive than a shingled roof but my goodness the quality is great. I just wanted to make sure I receive the warranty on this. I am not stressed about it, I just wanted to check on it.
