Quote was in actual fact over 4 times the cost, seems quite overpriced and if making such an investment people want comfort in knowing any issues with leaks would be rectified promptly, and without troubles scheduling the fix.

I also asked several times to talk to the installers ahead of time. I had a few questions Dave Brown couldn’t answer about installation, but didn’t get a response. This is a big expensive job and I would have liked to know how it was going to be done and some of the procedures. Review: June 20, 2019Completion: May 7, 2019They need to improve on customer service and communication. The installer was a great worker but there should never be one guy on a roofing job. Emanuel is an amazing employee and Interlock is lucky to have him. It seems strange that someone would drive 5 hrs to a work site. They need to ensure that they have geographically located employees. I am not disgruntled and it is a great roof system. I am a little concerned with the number of installers and staff.
