We plan on submitting a letter about what we think about the product--a customer review--in probably about a year. We like to wait a year to know if we're happy about the product or not happy. I had to contact them to find that out because the material sat in our driveway for a week and we hadn't heard anything so we called them. There are some corners that are very sharp on the roof it would be nice if those could have been bent in a bit more. Also, I thought we were getting a bumper for the door but we didn't receive anything like that, we have an indent in the roof already because of the garage door.

They were supposed to coordinate together so that they had the brackets to install in the roof while doing the roof. It was not completely Interlock Roofing's fault though, the solar company did not do their due diligence either.

I just can't think of anything else to say. My wife and I are quite pleased. Neighbours have been complimenting as well. Even ones with steel roofs of their own, they like ours better.

We agreed that the installers would run the TV cable along the side of the house under the awning but it is still laying on the roof. I will contact comcast to try and get this addressed. I am also unsure if the vent for the roof got taken care of. There is a dryer/restroom vent on the roof that was stuck shut and trapping humidity in the attic under the roof. He answered our questions promptly, professionally and even with a bit of humor. The installer was polite and worked diligently. The roof has been a big relief as we will never have to replace it and we also liked that the warranty was transferable in case we ever decided to move. A job well done.
