“It was the time that it took to do it, when we signed the agreement he said it would do 6-10 weeks and that was in August of last year. We did not hear from them and I called them and they came in February and put a cover over where the roof was very poor. They came in April to put the shingles on our roof and didn't finish until June. So the workmanship and product I have no problem with but somewhere in there communication is very lacking.”

Initially when we signed the agreement in April, they could have at least called and said it wouldn't be fixed until spring but they didn't. They didn't even communicate that the first crew would not have been able to finish. No communication at all.”

“The fellow that finished our rrof did a very nice professional job and he commmunicated effectively, Emmsnurl, but there is a disconnect between John and the contractor. I think maybe the business is too big for its britches. There is Certainly a lack of communication. I am very pleased with the roof I just wish it had gone smother faster and with better communication and I was really taken aback when they came with wanting to change the agreement. They had just quoted us and they wanted us to pay more, but no where did they say that they were going to give us a better price because it wasn't done in time.”
