Workers would leave garbage and tools over the yard and arrive later in the morning and leave early afternoon (did not appear to have a good work ethic and people from the community and our neighbours commented on this as well). More oversight on the installation process and ensuring the installers are professional and actually working. A quicker response to a leaking roof would also be great!

Interlock came out and took a look; they were the only company to quote the stripping of the roof and put in a metal roof, and they had a good crew. Overall, we are very happy. I would suggest advanced notice as an improvement. Greg came out for the quote in October and said the installation would be in mid-May. We were contacted 24 hours before installation. Overall, we are happy with the experience.
