The product was great, but I have a couple of installation issues with the sub-contractor The sub-contractor was so backlogged that they were determined to do it quickly. Nor did they tell us it would be sub-contracted. Generally, it was a good experience. I went to the office and got good advice. The salesperson persuading me to pay extra for the extra strutting. The contractor said it wasn't necessary in the back of the house. It's a very old house. John said they would iron it out to make it completely flat. That didn't happen. I asked John if that wouldn't make it too tall for the skylights? He said no, we'd add flashing. This increased the price. The contractor said he didn't take into account that the skylights would have to be removed for that to be done. I had recorded my concerns and they decided they would absorb the extra costs, as it was John's mistake. They delayed a week, but they let us know. That was okay. They should not have damaged the skylights, however. The seams are not right.
