It was one of those gorilla ladders with a deep bow in the middle, but it didn’t cause any problems and they didn’t seem concerned. I had a good experience with Interlock Metal Roofing. They did the garage, and I plan on having them come back to work on the main house next year.

There were sharp pieces of metal that were scattered throughout my yard. I realize there were a lot of materials, and they put down a tarp to try to minimize the debris, but there were still some leftover. I know its impossible to get everything, but there were still some things left around. Their sign has been blowing around my yard, and I would like to know when they are coming back to get that.

They should have probably put down tarps on the ground to collect all the debris, then I think the cleanup would've been easier and better. In our province, we have had a lot of people come from Ukraine because of the war, and I was impressed that they had hired someone from Ukraine. It showed that they were corporate citizens. They are doing their share to help out, I guess. That pleases me when I see things like that.

You should check for nails the same day the old roofing material is removed. I had to buy a magnet roller to do this because they did not being one with them. Mainly because I have an in-ground pool and worried about nails falling into the pool.

They used screws, so the same problem would not happen, but did not take out the existing nails. I think they were in too much of a hurry to get the job done. One of my plants was messed up in the process. When the weather was very cold there was a lot of banging because of the expansion and contraction of the metal. I did not know this would happen. It woke me up several times.
