“Communication was good overall but broke down a bit in one area. I was being told roof would happen within the next few weeks, and then a couple days later, the crew showed up at my home to start work. They also needed me to call the Power Company about the power line. It would have been better if I knew when the crew would come and had been asked to call the Power Company BEFORE the crew showed up. (Power Company didn't show up until after the crew had finished the side of the roof where the power lines were attached.)”
