“I did have to email John reeves twice to get a update on Eta, with no response to the eta. I did have to call him to find out, which I was then told he asked Chris or Jill to reach out to me due to him not knowing the schedule. Which they hadn’t, so I decided to go to the main office and Chris informed me atleast two weeks. Two weeks went by, as I was going to make contact again I got a phone call from a contractor asking if he could come that morning.”
