This project used an Interlock® Slate system in Tudor Brown on a home in Dartmouth, NS, completed June 30, 2016. The project covered roughly 11 squares of roofing. The only improvement that could have been made was in managing expectations with regards to the finishing date. We were told they would work on Canada Day and the crew leader called the morning of Canada Day to say they were taking the day off with their families. I completely understand them wanting to but it bothered me because the expectation had been set that they would be working. Ironically they called me on my cell phone and I was at work :) We were starting vacation and had to delay going away by a day. It would be good to receive a final statement indicating full payment was received.
