I'm happy with the job, but I was a little surprised by a few things. One was that the foreman and crew did not seem to have a credit card, so he had to travel long distances to find a missing part that could have been purchased three minutes away at the local hardware store but was not permitted to do so. A lot of time was lost just driving around with the key member of the crew, which I found unprofessional. Also, regarding safety, there were no harnesses or safety equipment, which could be a concern for the Department of Labor if someone were to fall and get seriously hurt on my roof. A third thing is that a storage container or trailer would have been handy to store their gear and equipment, as opposed to just leaving it out in the yard. It's a good thing this is a safe neighborhood, or most of that stuff might not have been here the following morning. That's just my opinion. Overall, for the size of the crew, the job was well done and completed in a good time frame. I'm happy with what I got.
