  Honestly, I think they did a fairly good job and I am used to delays in any construction. Crews are always optimistic, and weather can be a factor. Overall, I am not critical of their slight delay. Overall, they did the project well and used good materials and I would use them again. There were minor hiccups, but I think they generally performed well.

  There were supposed to be additional snow guards to put on our house that we had done last year as there were no where near enough. I spoke to Bob Wright about this matter when we negotiated the garage roof price. Even the installers said that there were no where near enough guards on the house.   The original quote was incorrect. When they quoted the original price, they said the material would go over the existing shingles. When they came to do the installation, they said they couldn't do that. It was quite an additional charge that was added on for that. We are still negotiating on the price of stripping the roof, but other than that everything is fine.
