There were supposed to be additional snow guards to put on our house that we had done last year as there were no where near enough. I spoke to Bob Wright about this matter when we negotiated the garage roof price. Even the installers said that there were no where near enough guards on the house. We still haven't heard from anyone about when they will be installed. The follow up is not very good. I would like to know when there will be someone here to install the additional guards or have they been forgotten about?
