There were plenty of days when we had perfect weather and they did not show up, apparently he or the crew were working on other projectsThey did not have the proper tickets for staging which shut down the operation for a week. The crew leader (Steve Morash) gave our address for when he was given a ticket by inspectors. The project took 47 days.
