This project used an Interlock® Slate system in Black on a home in Grande Pre, NS, completed May 17, 2023. The project covered roughly 40 squares of roofing. I would be prepared to recommend this roof to friends but do not know of any that are thinking about re-roofing at present. If the roof is as good as we hope, then the recommendations to friends will flow for a good many years after our own roof was installed. This is a long term solution, so looking to get immediate responses is somewhat counter intuitive. For the short period of time we have had the roof, we are very pleased with it both in appearance and performance. Not that I can think of Very happy with the roof. Looks great and have had a number of positive comments from neighbors. While I appreciate your interest in your customers views, it seems little premature to do so immediately after the roof is installed. Maybe wait a month or two before the questionnaire, so that the customer has an opportunity to "live" with the new roof and may have more information and responses after a period of time.
