I love my new roof. It looks great and I know the house is in better shape without the heavy deteriorating asphalt shingles. My house is the only one on the block with no snow on the roof, and I can’t wait to hear it in the rain.

Cannot rave highly enough about the best experience I’ve ever had with a company and their employees. Their professionalism and workmanship was amazing. Interlock Metal Roofing did an exceptional job. The metal roof looks great on my historic house and I continue to get compliments from the neighbors on how nicely the roof adds the finishing touch to the “1903 old lady. The roofers were incredible, arriving promptly first thing in the morning (7:30 am) and working every day until it was dark (8:30 pm). They would have finished the roof in the two week period they had scheduled, but to all of our surprise, it was discovered that they had to remove four roofs installed on top of each other, before they could install the new roof. There were no complaints, even though it added two extra work days to their schedule. They obviously left the place better than they found it and I couldn’t be happier.

Our 18 year house needed something. A local roofer suggested a$ 5K, roof treatment with yearly treatment of $1000. And a roof replacement with shingles at 60K. We looked into Interlock. At the recommendation of a neighbor, we chose Interlock Roofing and we couldn’t be happier. We’ve been homeowners for 40+ years and fortunately have never had to worry about a roof, as our houses were new, and we moved somewhat frequently. Then two years ago we bought a second home on the Oregon Coast and knew we would have to replace the roof within a few years. Until finding out about Interlock, I fretted about having it replaced.
So, after having our second home’s roof replaced, I asked Damon to inspect our main, 16-year old house in Portland. He thought it had anywhere from 2 to 5 years life in it, but we opted to have it replaced for three reasons. First, why wait for a leak, second, because the warranty is going to outlive me and finally…it will never be cheaper. The roof is absolutely beautiful and is the envy of the neighborhood.

In 2004 my wife and I decided to purchase the lifetime Interlock Roof. I was fifty at the time and had been called over to my Father In Laws house several times to clean out his gutters and clean off his roof with a pressure washer. I told my wife I did not want our kids to have to do that for us in our later years. The situation with my in-laws provided the motivation to start the search for a permanent roof. We landed on the Interlock Roof at the Western Washington Fair in 2004. The roof was installed and have not had any problems afterwards. There are some idiosyncrasies with this type of roof:

We had the Interlock Roof put on our home this month and I am satisfied with the look and performance of the roof so far. The crew completed the roof in a timely fashion, and was very professional! Our neighbors have paid us compliments about the roof. I really look forward to the longevity of the roof.
The temperature the week following the installation was in the 80’s, and the roof kept the temperature inside our house at 75. We did not have to run the air conditioning until we reached the 90’s. The temperature inside our garage was approximately 20 degrees cooler than before the roof.
To anyone looking to replace his or her roof, I would recommend the Interlock Roofing System!

Our roof is finished and it looks beautiful! We are very pleased with the outcome. The “Aged Copper’ was absolutely the right choice for our house and carriage shed. We want to thank you for your assistance and professionalism is presenting your product to us and explaining the specifics of the installation, and for your follow-up calls to see how the job was going. We especially would like to commend the installer. He was meticulous about his work, with great attention to detail, and it was evident that he takes a lot of pride in his work. We know you said that all the installers are very good/ but we feel very fortunate to have had Nazar on this job. The job was finished yesterday and this morning we awoke to snow! So we actually did get to witness the snow guards doing their job. We took a photo and if it comes out well, we’ll send you a copy. Once the contract was signed and the go-ahead was giving, I was told work would begin in approximately 2 weeks. To my surprise the contractor, Lazar, was here before the materials arrived.
Lazar came in and introduced and was very professional He began work the very next day. He was here early and stayed late and completed my roof in just 4 days by himself He was very pleasant and knowledgeable, a joy to have working on my home. When he was done he cleaned up above and beyond his means.
