Review: June 11, 2021 Completion: May 21, 2021We have already recommended them. There were a lot of roofing nails, i don't know if they were from my old or new roof but, a lot of nails were left around that I almost stepped on them. Besides that, everything was very good. All in all, I am very satisfied and we always recommend them to anyone who asks.

They were careless during stripping as they damaged two lights, a vent pipe and some siding, which is still damaged. They were suppose to install two nails on each shingle which I paid extra for, but I had to remind them several times but am sure they did not, as I look in my attic and see there are areas where only one was installed. It looks fantastic and has held up beautifully so the decision was fairly easy. We enjoyed having Paul Wright out to give us the low down on the product and is very personable as well. Also, there were considerable delays in the material delivered to the job site and getting the work crew to the job site as specified. I understand there were certain weather delays at the time. The crew eventually got there and then spent one extremely long day there, working on the project into the night.

It is absolutely brilliant. It is a vast improvement in air conditioning efficiency.

They might be able to improve because, during the installation, they had another project so they were going back and forth between the 2 projects. Some days there was a full crew and some days they were only a couple of guys. They did a great job with the schedule they had but they didn't seem like they had the liberty to focus on one job at a time.

They kept postponing the installation. The managers were not responsive at all. They kept putting me off like it wasn't important. Emails kept being sent out, and it wasn't a priority to them. They did things on their own time. They have terrible service and terrible communication. I had a horrible overall experience.

Really wish I could say different. Define all of the parts of a building's roofing system to customers, then outline clearly the exact parts and areas that will/won't be replaced or repaired by Interlock.
