Metal Shingles Heatherton, NS Review
Review: July 15, 2021Completion: June 17, 2021We had our house done 4 years ago and our garage was nearing it's life expectancy of the asphalt shingles, so we decided to match with the house. It looks awesome! I can't think of a single thing.

Metal Shingles Portland, OR Review
Review: July 15, 2021Completion: October 19, 2020It has now been nearly six months since our Interlock roof installation, and we couldn't be happier with it. We debated getting a metal roof due to the greater upfront costs relative to a standard composite roof, but we're not planning on going anywhere anytime soon, so the peace-of-mind of a lifetime roof -- knowing we won't have to do this again, and that the company stands behind the product the way they do -- makes it worthwhile. The installation crew was professional, and their customer… Read more →

Standing Seam Lake Forest, IL Review
Review: July 14, 2021Completion: June 21, 2021Communication could have been better prior to the project starting. They communicated wonderfully until we paid our down payment. Then communication ceased. There was no communication until we reached out to them expressing our concerns. Once the project started communication was phenomenal. The roof looks extraordinary. We have had some heavy rain and our roof has held up wonderfully and it is beautiful. We believe it is a better quality than others.

Metal Shingles Edmonton, AB Review
Review: July 12, 2021Completion: May 3, 2021Our new Interlock Roofing system looks great and we are very happy with the updated feel of our home's exterior. We actually installed a solar photovoltaic system over part of our new Interlock roof and the two systems complement each other very well and look great together. We would recommend an Interlock Roofing system to anyone who is looking for a great looking roof that will last a lifetime. All the areas noted above. One additional problem we had was that the solar PV team had coordinated… Read more →

Review: July 12, 2021They were extremely good at keeping the place clean and tidy. They cleaned up well. It was fabulous. The communication could be improved. I am still waiting for my lifetime guarantee. They cashed the check, and I still have not received it. The office staff needs to up their game. I have not called them, but I asked them directly for that when the job was completed. They said it would be given to me within 10 days of the check clearing. We agreed on a price and what was to be done, and the… Read more →

Review: July 12, 2021Completion: June 9, 2021Multiple people have complimented the roof and how quickly it was put on. I didn't pick the roof for the looks, I picked it for the functionality. The beauty of it is breathtaking.

Review: July 12, 2021Completion: June 18, 2021Overall, we are satisfied with the speed in which it was completed, and the quality of work. We are happy with the end results. They need to do better with the cleanup and to do a thorough check to make sure all things are cleaned up. We are satisfied with the quality and the speed in which it was done.

Metal Shingles Trochu, AB Review
Review: July 8, 2021Completion: May 31, 2021This was an insurance job and I asked for you people specifically as I liked the first installation. Your administration people were very wrong in pursuing a lean against my property in a few days after completion of the job when the contractor was to look after payment. It was disappointing enough that I would not recommend interlock because this aggressive behavior on this matter.

Metal Shingles Bridgewater, NS Review
Review: July 4, 2021Completion: April 20, 2021I am a retired construction person. I understand difficult construction procedures or set up. It was $4000 extra for my difficult staging procedure. Took 4-5 hours for clamp and tube to be set up on both sides of the house and a 30 ft aluminum plank spanning the steep back yard of the building. Did not really justify the extra coast. I’m not complaining. I agreed to the extra. I was willing to pay for the quality, warranty and look of that type roof that only Permanent Roof has. In the first… Read more →

Metal Roofing Somersworth, NH Review
Review: June 17, 2021Completion: March 12, 2020Somersworth NH install. Great group of workers. They had the foreman check all work after. They are easy to contact, the price was ok, it's not asphalt, and you get what you pay for. Don't expect a price like an asphalt roof. I liked heavy gauge aluminum over those coated steel roofs. Service: Roof installation

Review: June 15, 2021Completion: September 22, 2020One of those lucky days that I followed a link from a Facebook post. We had immediate follow up and then an appointment scheduled quickly and conveniently with Derek. We had done our homework and we were impressed with Derek's information and approach. Our installation was scheduled quickly. The installers were excellent, personable, professional and very tidy. No mess left behind. After the first winter we are very happy. I would recommend for other to consider more roof guards. Although we… Read more →
