Review: August 7, 2021 Completion: May 14, 2021The only complaint I have is with the time it took for the warranty to be sent. It took over 2 months from completion for the warranty to arrive. The sales team was also not very helpful only saying it will come. My suggestion would be to provide a target time frame as saying it will come is not very reassuring for the amount of money spent.

Such things as not putting ventilation sheathing on the vaulted ceiling portion of the roof; then trying to put it not only on the vaulted ceiling, but other parts of the roof, where it was not required.

When the leader was not there working was less effective. We're happy with the results and we're receiving positive compliments from people in the neighborhood. I did think it would have reflected more heat to the upper level of the house, but were pleased with the appearance of the roof.

Review: July 15, 2021 Completion: June 24, 2021They need to improve on communication and working with the customer to resolve installation issues as they arise. Interlock Roofing owes me a warranty. It still hasn't been delivered to me. They did some extra repair work without my authorization. I was charged for lumber and materials left on the job site after the job was completed. I feel the customer should be allowed to do any necessary repairs without being charged.

Then communication ceased. There was no communication until we reached out to them expressing our concerns. Once the project started communication was phenomenal. The roof looks extraordinary. We have had some heavy rain and our roof has held up wonderfully and it is beautiful. We believe it is a better quality than others.
