Metal Shakes Kent, WA Review
Review: August 12, 2021Completion: July 29, 2021Seems like a great product, but the install process was far more difficult and lengthy than it should have been. Sure hope the roof it works as promised once the rain starts up again. It has been a great choice for reducing summer heat buildup!

Metal Shingles Washougal, WA Review
Review: August 12, 2021Completion: July 16, 2021Overall the Installation Manager was great. The salesman was not professional at all. The initial sales process did not provide a great impression. The sales person was cocky and we didn't get the deal we wanted.

Metal Shingles Worcester, MA Review
Review: August 11, 2021Completion: July 31, 2021The job was done efficiently and in a timely manner. Everything promised was delivered in terms of quality and performance. The roof is beautiful, and we will never have to put another one on our house. None. We've had a lot of projects done in the 48 years we've owned this house. Nobody paid as much attention to the details as the Interlock management and crew. Top marks for all involved. Thank you.

Metal Shingles North Sydney, NS Review
Review: August 10, 2021Completion: July 24, 2021We were impressed with the Interlock design, sales support, and conscientiousness of installers. No changes needed Despite a pandemic and family death leave for the installers, the project went remarkably well.

Metal Shingles Cambridge, ON Review
Review: August 10, 2021Completion: July 20, 2021We did not receive the product sold to us and the company's response was to offer a compromise solution which was not what we otherwise would have chosen had we known this at the time of signing a contract. When the product availability issue arose (because the company does not have the product we were sold and as is listed in their product availability materials) we were advised that a dispute would very likely result in a lien being placed on the property regardless of the fact that the… Read more →

Metal Shingles Burlington, ON Review
Review: August 7, 2021Completion: May 14, 2021The only complaint I have is with the time it took for the warranty to be sent. It took over 2 months from completion for the warranty to arrive. The sales team was also not very helpful only saying it will come. My suggestion would be to provide a target time frame as saying it will come is not very reassuring for the amount of money spent.

Metal Shingles Seattle, WA Review
Review: August 5, 2021Completion: May 26, 2021The crew did a good job and they try to get it done before sun going down and so they work very hard and fast. But by doing that the details of the work is when out the windows , the quality of the work is not there . Taking another day to get it done would please any owner with the work done right and nothing left for the owner to pick it up later. Thanks for the hard work and got it done in one day.But quality of the work is not there so if in the future please! Take your time to slow down… Read more →

Metal Shingles Sequim, WA Review
Review: August 1, 2021Completion: June 29, 2021If I had not been there to immediately identify problems, which were a result of the language barrier with crew on site not understanding the particular specifications of the job, it could have turned into a real disaster. Such things as not putting ventilation sheathing on the vaulted ceiling portion of the roof; then trying to put it not only on the vaulted ceiling, but other parts of the roof, where it was not required.

Metal Shingles Vineland, ON Review
Review: July 23, 2021Completion: April 10, 2021They missed some days, there were unusual circumstances regarding the presence of the leader of the crew. When the leader was not there working was less effective. We're happy with the results and we're receiving positive compliments from people in the neighborhood. I did think it would have reflected more heat to the upper level of the house, but were pleased with the appearance of the roof.

Metal Roofing York, ME Review
Review: July 19, 2021Completion: August 14, 2019Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value To Potential Interlock Customer: We intentionally waited almost two years to write a review (roof replaced in August 2019). Replacing a roof (whether asphalt or Interlock) is an expensive project, and we felt it was important to have the perspective of someone who has experience with the Interlock roof for 2 years.

Review: July 15, 2021Completion: October 29, 2019We have now installed Interlock Metal Roofing on two roofs, our main house and the new addition, and couldn't be happier. Great workmanship, very professional service and it looks great. Based on curb appeal alone I'm sure our property value has increased; not to mention the lifetime warranty. It's nice not to have to never replace our roof again! We were also fortunate to work with Bruce as our consultant. He was very friendly, laid back (no pressure) and taught us a lot. Metal Shingles Hudson, MA Review
Review: July 15, 2021Completion: June 24, 2021They need to improve on communication and working with the customer to resolve installation issues as they arise. Interlock Roofing owes me a warranty. It still hasn't been delivered to me. They did some extra repair work without my authorization. I was charged for lumber and materials left on the job site after the job was completed. I feel the customer should be allowed to do any necessary repairs without being charged.
