Metal Shingles Milton, ON Review
Review: October 15, 2021Completion: August 6, 2021I found Interlock Metal Roofing online searching to upgrade my old asphalt roof to something more durable, sustainable, environmentally friendly and energy efficient. Interlock was at the top of my list for roofing companies after doing some product research, but I still contacted 3 different companies for a comparison.

Review: October 15, 2021Completion: August 12, 2021We cannot begin to tell you how thoroughly satisfied we are, with not only our beautiful new slate roof, but every employee we had interaction with from start to finish. Metal Roofing Orangeville, ON Review
Review: October 15, 2021Completion: October 28, 2019We had our roof done in November 2019. So far so good! We love our roof, looks great, no issues with it so far. We have received many nice comments from neighbors and people walking by. Like other reviewers, we were happy that they could go over the old shingles, avoiding a load to the landfill. Also like that it’s aluminum instead of steel so it won’t rust. Positive: Quality, Professionalism, Value Services: Roof installation

Metal Shingles Kingston, ON Review
Review: October 12, 2021Completion: August 31, 2021We had a positive experience and would highly recommend them. The original day they were supposed to start the project was delayed to the next day, but they lacked communication. I would like to share my experience was overall positive. The only suggestion for improvement is for the sign to be reusable because we had to throw it away, but if it was sustainable. It would be more environmentally friendly.

Metal Shakes Seattle, WA Review
Review: October 5, 2021Completion: August 13, 2021Interlock Roofing could have improved on mid-installation communication. There was zero communication in English. I had to call someone to let them know they were doing the job incorrectly, before they got too far. I also had to ask for the supervisor to come out and to do the punch list walk through with me.

Metal Shakes Bellingham, WA Review
Review: September 30, 2021Completion: August 25, 2021They can improve with a better communication between the installation crew and the client. If there was an Interlock member with the crew as a translator, that could have helped. The installation crew need more tarps and a magnet to pick up the remaining debris of nails. There was asphalt dust all over the yard. I believe it will be a good roof.

Metal Shingles Wakefield, NH Review
Review: September 20, 2021Completion: August 28, 2021I think we could've been aware of the layout for the snow guards. If we had a chance to see the layout upfront, that would've eliminated the issue I have now of no snow guards. I think that it is important to the customer to know that upfront, to know the layout prior to the job starting, so everybody agrees on it. I'm hoping I hear from someone at Interlock Roofing about the snow guards. They did say they could add them later, so it's still doable, but I don't want to pay extra for them when… Read more →

Review: September 15, 2021Completion: July 19, 2021We purchased this product from Interlock after admiring other projects they had completed in our neighborhood. The owners of the other homes highly recommended Interlock Industries, as do we. Our roof has drawn interest from many passerby’s during the installation and since completion. The charcoal slate product we selected is very striking. The Installer who completed the project did an excellent job and was thorough in his cleanup during and at the end of the project. Review: September 14, 2021Completion: August 27, 2021When they send their salesman out they should let people feel the weight of the shingle and be able to physically touch the materials. We're happy with what we have! Haven't had any leaks yet, but if we do I'm sure they will be helping!

Metal Shingles Chicago, IL Review
Review: September 14, 2021Completion: September 7, 2021Overall the process from start to finish was pretty smooth and the main thing is, we ended up with a fantastic new roof that should last for years. Clarification of non-standard items such as gutter removal and replacement for all types of roof and skylights between salesperson and installation crew as what is promised is not always deliverable.

Review: September 14, 2021Completion: August 19, 2021Can't beat a lifetime roof! It went pretty smooth. One of the guys' family member came down with covid. He had to go to the hospital to check to see if he had covid. It delayed things a little, but what could you do? My roof looks really nice!

Review: September 10, 2021Completion: August 10, 2021It was a good experience, we got the information we needed. The team that worked on the roof were professional and worked quickly to complete the job. They also cleaned up after the installation, we were very pleased. We are so pleased that we found out about Interlock Roofing online. We have noticed that it seems like it is cooler in our home when it is hot outside than it was before we got the metal roofing. We highly recommend an Interlock Metal Roofing Roof above any other kind of roof.
