The original day they were supposed to start the project was delayed to the next day, but they lacked communication. I would like to share my experience was overall positive. The only suggestion for improvement is for the sign to be reusable because we had to throw it away, but if it was sustainable. It would be more environmentally friendly.

I had to call someone to let them know they were doing the job incorrectly, before they got too far. I also had to ask for the supervisor to come out and to do the punch list walk through with me.

If there was an Interlock member with the crew as a translator, that could have helped. The installation crew need more tarps and a magnet to pick up the remaining debris of nails.
