Review: October 27, 2021Completion: September 13, 2021They warned of additional costs for any areas that didn't pertain to the actual project, I didn't appreciate that aspect.

Metal Shingles Timberlea, NS Review
Review: October 26, 2021Completion: September 13, 2021The product is definitely better than asphalt or fiberglass shingles. The schedule should have been confirmed without me having to escalate to head office. The job site clean up was disappointing, we picked up over 100 nails and various debris.

Metal Shingles Overton, NS Review
Review: October 26, 2021Completion: September 8, 2021I think on demonstrating the materials to be used and explaining how they would be used would be one thing they could improve on. Potentially having a bit better information when working with other trades, like the house was also being sided just prior to them doing the roof, so that is something they could improve on. Other than that, they were pretty good. On a whole, I'm very pleased with it.

Metal Tiles Minneapolis, MN Review
Review: October 25, 2021Completion: August 20, 2021Interlock Roofing were incredible in their willingness not only to present their various options on roofing, but to guide and listen to your specific wants and needs based on your tastes, house structure, and environment. They provided me and my wife excellent advice and the work crews were extremely quick in the execution of their work, working during our regular work hours, and having excellent communication during the entire process. The longest part of the process was the manufacturing of… Read more →

Metal Shingles Markham, ON Review
Review: October 25, 2021Completion: September 23, 2021The installation took a long time. Their communication and upholding their promises is most important. The salesperson should clearly acknowledge those promises. They don't know what they are doing. They need to acknowledge their procedures on how they are going to do them and explain what materials they are going to use. The demolition is most important. If they are going to show up with an iPad, they should show me how they are going to install the product. I do not know if this would be the… Read more →

Metal Shingles Camano Island, WA Review
Review: October 25, 2021Completion: September 25, 2021They could improve on their time estimate and providing the accurate number of installers needed for the project. I was told the installation crew would consist of three to six men, and only one installer came to my home. Also, I was told that the project would take less than one week and the project took three weeks. I love the product and how the roof looks on my house.

Review: October 23, 2021Completion: September 30, 2021Always wanted a metal roof, love the look and even with our vaulted ceiling, there is no noise from the rain which everyone told us we would not like They could have insisted that they do the tear off and building the new roof so we didn't have issues with the delay, but hind sight is 20:20

Metal Shakes Anacortes, WA Review
Review: October 23, 2021Completion: September 21, 2021They gave us a beautiful roof, for which we get many compliments. The project manager should be fired. I had to rent an outdoor bathroom for them. I wasn't going to let 10 people in my house to use the bathroom during covid.

Metal Shakes Vancouver, WA Review
Review: October 23, 2021Completion: September 17, 2021The roof is very expensive, though I didn't compare it with competitors. They could have done better troubleshooting on the patio waterproof membrane delivery. It was delayed. I had the roof put on because of a leak over the garage and they anticipated having to replace some of the plywood. Then the crew said that wasn't necessary. Now, however, it looks like there is some swale on the roof. I just can't assess the quality well. I wonder if some garage damage was not fixed. On the other hand,… Read more →

Review: October 23, 2021Completion: October 4, 2021I have told all my friends and posted on Facebook about how good our new black metal roof looks. Hopefully we will get the years of protection from it which was promised. Clean up afterwards could be improved as there is still some metal scraps in trees in my yard. Otherwise everything went well.

Metal Shingles Chelmsford, MA Review
Review: October 22, 2021Completion: September 27, 2021Our new roof looks fantastic! Interlock delivered everything they promised -- the work crew was excellent, and communicating with Interlock throughout the project was easy. We couldn't be happier with the results. Since solar panels are becoming more commonplace, I encourage Interlock to anticipate customers' needs in this area and improve how they work with solar installation companies. The roof looks amazing, and we've gotten a lot of compliments on it -- thanks so much!
