Interlock installed an Interlock® Shake system in Deep Charcoal on a home in Vancouver, WA, completed September 17, 2021. The project covered roughly 28 squares of roofing. Problem Resolution scored 4 out of 5, with the homeowner noting: “They didn't get the membrane for my patio roof until the end of the week, after I made a second call for it.” The installation was carried out by Interlock Roofing. The roof has been in place 4 years and remains under Interlock's lifetime limited warranty.
The roof is very expensive, though I didn't compare it with competitors. They could have done better troubleshooting on the patio waterproof membrane delivery. It was delayed. I had the roof put on because of a leak over the garage and they anticipated having to replace some of the plywood. Then the crew said that wasn't necessary. Now, however, it looks like there is some swale on the roof. I just can't assess the quality well. I wonder if some garage damage was not fixed. On the other hand, it might just be them having to have stepped on the panels.
