I am a retired construction person. I understand difficult construction procedures or set up. It was $4000 extra for my difficult staging procedure. Took 4-5 hours for clamp and tube to be set up on both sides of the house and a 30 ft aluminum plank spanning the steep back yard of the building. Did not really justify the extra coast. I’m not complaining. I agreed to the extra. I was willing to pay for the quality, warranty and look of that type roof that only Permanent Roof has. In the first 4-5 days of starting the project many people stopped to ask who was doing the work. My house is extremely high vis King St Bridgewater. There was at least 2 people that perched Interlock Roofing Systems that I gave your number to. I did my bit to promote your product. I love the idea that I won’t have to worry about another roof when I become elderly. I would have hoped the installation could have been a little more professional. I know from past experiences you do not tear things apart to make it look straighter because quality suffers. The old fellow said ‘’ Leave good enough alone” but the truth is take your time and do it right the first. Listed above Question #1 should have been answered here. Regards Gordon

“I really like the quality of underlayments, look of aluminum panels and installation procedure and willing to pay big money for that look. With that much money involved you would think the quality of the installation should match the quality of the materials.”

“Some aluminum panels were bent by walking on during instillation. Some starter strips were short, bent and out of alinement. The siding was not protected during stripping and was marked by falling asphalt shingles.”
