Some of the tiles don't look like they were installed the same way as others that look right. I'd like to have someone come out to our house and assess the quality. I love the material, the roof looks good, though some of the panels and tiles are questionable. They didn't pick up every nail but an attempt was made. Review: May 7, 2021 Completion: March 3, 2021You need to keep an eye on the installers, so you can sign off on their work. The roofers only want to do their minimum and leave as soon as possible. Communication, installation, professionalism and clean-up all needed improvement. I'm saddened that they never tried to work with me or address my issues. I'm very discouraged.

I can't say enough good things about them. I was really impressed with the job they did. It was miserable weather and it was done in two days. They started one day and by 3 pm the next afternoon they were done. They never left a trace behind, besides the roof. I kinda wanted them to leave that.

We haven't had a winter or rain on it yet. It looks fantastic and was well done. We are very happy about the work. We hope it lives up to its standards. There's a 50-year warranty that I'm waiting for to come in the mail. I believe they were waiting for the check to cash, but I see they cashed the check. We're impressed so far, but next winter will allow us to make a better judgement. Better communication is one area. Continued training of the crew is another area. The crew should be better trained to properly tie down ladders to decks while leaving the deck fully covered.
