Metal Shingles Brookfield, NH Review
Review: May 7, 2021Completion: March 31, 2021We chose a metal roof to stop an ice dam issue. Since installation we've had only one mild wet snow fall. We're impressed so far, but next winter will allow us to make a better judgement. Better communication is one area. Continued training of the crew is another area.

Metal Shingles Kingston, ON Review
Review: May 7, 2021Completion: April 18, 2021We are relatively happy. The roof was just finished 2-3 weeks ago, so we haven't been able to test the effectiveness of the roof. We haven't had a winter or rain on it yet. It looks fantastic and was well done. We are very happy about the work. We hope it lives up to its standards. There's a 50-year warranty that I'm waiting for to come in the mail. I believe they were waiting for the check to cash, but I see they cashed the check. The warranty is transferrable and want the document. _They… Read more →

Metal Shingles Eastern Passage, NS Review
Review: May 7, 2021Completion: April 26, 2021The re-application of siding needed improvement, as well as some of the tile installs. Some of the tiles don't look like they were installed the same way as others that look right. I'd like to have someone come out to our house and assess the quality. I love the material, the roof looks good, though some of the panels and tiles are questionable. They didn't pick up every nail but an attempt was made. The installers were nice, kind, courteous, professional and easy to talk to. Overall, the work… Read more →

Review: May 7, 2021Completion: March 11, 2021I believe that Interlock Roofing should spend more time understanding and pay attention to details. The roof is fine but there are some small issues.

Metal Shingles Rothesay, NB Review
Review: May 7, 2021Completion: March 29, 2021I was really happy with the job. They were fast and clean. It looks fabulous I have no complaints they were fast and good! I can't say enough good things about them. I was really impressed with the job they did. It was miserable weather and it was done in two days. They started one day and by 3 pm the next afternoon they were done. They never left a trace behind, besides the roof. I kinda wanted them to leave that.

Metal Shingles Bridgewater, NS Review
Review: May 7, 2021Completion: April 24, 2021I think they did everything they could. They did pretty well. They were the best construction crew I've had on my property. They could have had a 100% clean-up rate and I would give them a 95 %. That is the only thing they could have done better. The guys are really good. The cleanness I've ever had. They did a great job!

Metal Shingles Hillsboro, OR Review
Review: May 6, 2021Completion: March 26, 2021I picked up a significant number of old shingle refuse, flashing remnants, and many aluminum nails around our entire property and in our gutters. A more thorough cleaning would have been preferred.

Metal Shingles Neskowin, OR Review
Review: May 6, 2021Completion: March 11, 2021At this time, as noted below, with the lack of concern for the issues caused when it rains, even if a friend asks, the recommendation would come with a warning on how follow-ups are absent Followed up when a problem arose We have called a number of times to have three issues addressed that are problems. We did not know there was a problem until it rained and called immediately and a number of times. Left messages, and sent photos and videos of the issues. I believe it was April 6th when I… Read more →

Metal Shingles Batavia, IL Review
Review: May 6, 2021Completion: March 23, 2021This installation was a replacement of our original Interlock roof due to weather damage. Improved installation techniques and higher quality material were apparent. Although the original roof was still quite serviceable, the new roof is a definite upgrade. Unanticipated delays were encountered between delivery of material and installation which were out of Interlock’s control. Attempts to communicate with Interlock, however, were challenging. It was not clear who to contact and at least one… Read more →

Review: May 5, 2021Completion: May 5, 2021Because of weather conditions, an exact date was not possible for the installation of our aluminum shakes. Even though the scheduled crew were not available, a team of professional installers was assembled to start on our project on time once a date was established. Communication with office staff, sales, and installation was excellent. Our installation team was experienced and professional and kept us informed about their progress. Metal Shingles Keswick, ON Review
Review: May 5, 2021Completion: April 21, 2021Bruce was fantastic sales, answered every question. Tony was great with following up and taking care of coordinating with the Solar Panel company. They wanted to drill through our new roof I believe it was Tony's insistance and diligence that kept them from doing that. And Wyman and the installers were great, also good at answering questions. They were punctual, polite and efficient. They took the tome to take pictures and look after our needs. And they found solutions for the solar panels. All… Read more →

Review: May 5, 2021Completion: May 5, 2021Better customer specific information transfer from company negotiations to installer to customer. (Didn’t know we were concerned with the look of the snow guards and were unsure if we were going to install them.) I came home day 2 and found them installed without consult. Great overall. Seems to almost cause rear end accidents on our street. 3 times so far. Ha.

Metal Shingles Concord, MA Review
Review: May 5, 2021Completion: April 13, 2021We are very happy with our new roof. From start to finish everything was perfect. When putting on a new roof, it is so important to do the appropriate prep work. For years we had leaks in our old roofs, yes old roofs, (more than 1) as they were never done correctly. We have a old farm house and under the tar paper was wood that needed to be replaced, though no one ever told us! (Just went over it) Interlock looked at the roof and told us it needed plywood and that was why the roof’s always… Read more →
