Interlock installed an Interlock® Slate system in Deep Charcoal on a home in Eastern Passage, NS, completed April 26, 2021. The project covered roughly 15 squares of roofing. Quality Of Workmanship scored 3 out of 5, with the homeowner noting: “Some panels look installed better than others. It looks like some are rusty.” The installation was carried out by Interlock Roofing. The roof has been in place 5 years and remains under Interlock's lifetime limited warranty.
The re-application of siding needed improvement, as well as some of the tile installs. Some of the tiles don't look like they were installed the same way as others that look right. I'd like to have someone come out to our house and assess the quality. I love the material, the roof looks good, though some of the panels and tiles are questionable. They didn't pick up every nail but an attempt was made. The installers were nice, kind, courteous, professional and easy to talk to. Overall, the work quality was good. The majority of the roof looks fantastic. Perhaps I don't know any better.
