Metal Shingles Allyn, WA Review
Review: May 5, 2021Completion: April 12, 2021We were extremely pleased with Interlock Roofing as our selection to install an aluminum roof on our house and two outbuildings. The installation team were extremely hard workers and were always courteous and conscientious and left our project very clean. We would highly recommend all of them to anyone interested in a new roof including Paul Wright and the administration staff. Ron and Joanne Quiring nothing

Metal Roofing Harrisville, RI Review
Review: May 3, 2021Completion: February 15, 2016Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness My husband and I purchased a home with an existing Interlock roof from his parents this past year. The roof has been fine, we have no issues. However, we are looking to add an addition to our home and because interlock requires their staff to perform all work on the roof because of the warranty we contacted them regarding this. My husband has attempted to reach Interlock for the past 1-2 months with out any call back from anyone. Update: I received a… Read more →

Review: April 15, 2021Completion: July 31, 2020Bruce (sales)walked me through the product thoroughly and worked with me for financing The roofers were able to come within a week of me signing the contract and were done in two days. All the neighbors have very positive comments on the look of the roof. It is quieter than my old asphalt roof and stood up well to a lot of wind and snow this winter. Positive: Value Services: Roof installation

Aluminum Shingles Sheridan, OR Review
Review: April 15, 2021Completion: October 16, 2020So I needed to get a new roof on my 1925 farm house and I wanted to get something that would last the rest of my lifetime; a metal roof was the right call. Damon showed us how the roof is installed and the interlocking shingles sold us. Victor was the lead of the installers and they were timely, friendly, professional in appearance.

Metal Shingles Mississauga, ON Review
Review: March 28, 2021Completion: January 9, 2021From the initial quote to completion of the job, all our interactions with Interlock were professional and prompt. They answered all our questions and the scope of the work was clear before starting. The job crew on site were friendly and it was clear they took pride in their work. Understanding that delays do occur, I would have preferred a more pessimistic estimate on start date and if it happened that the date could have been brought in that would have been a pleasant surprise.

Review: March 20, 2021Completion: March 20, 2021Communication, customer service, and ensuring that snow guards are installed and people are warned about the snow and ice shooting violently off the roof because of the metal material. Everything would have been great, but the issues I mentioned need to be addressed.

Metal Roofing Portland, OR Review
Review: March 16, 2021I've had this roof for about 18 months now. I am very happy with it and was quite pleased with the pre-sale discussion and the actual installation. I never thought a roof was something that you would get compliments on, but I certainly get them. I figured, why get a roof that would last me for 5 to 10 years when I can get one that will last virtually my lifetime? Very happy all around.

Metal Roofing Woodstock, IL Review
Review: March 16, 2021Completion: September 9, 2020Last summer I realized I was in the need of a new roof on my old home which was built in 1876. I was hoping I could find a roof that accentuated the uniqueness and beauty of my old farm-style house. I always dreamed of owning a home with a metal roof, so I thought, well, let’s give this a look and see if it is an option. After searching for roofers and making some calls I found no one in my area offering metal roofs, needless to say, I became discouraged. Then, one day, on Facebook, I happened… Read more →

Review: March 16, 2021Completion: January 26, 2021This was a difficult job, during very difficult times. The team faced off against one of the worst of our west coast wet winters on record and delivered a beautiful result safely. This would normally be a good result any day but imagine that the entire team also had to deal with all aspects of the COVID-19 virus. This included a number of challenges that made completing any project difficult, from manufacturing all the way through to unforeseen impacts on supply chains and tight logistics and… Read more →

Review: March 15, 2021Completion: September 26, 2018I love my Interlock Metal Roof! It makes my whole house look more beautiful. I was so impressed by how quickly and efficiently the roof was installed. It will be a while before I retire, but when I do I want to spend my time and money on travel and other fun things. I am so glad I never have to worry about re-roofing then or ever again! Not only that, but my roof will be just as beautiful then as it is now. If you are thinking about re-roofing, give Interlock a look.

Review: March 15, 2021Completion: May 22, 2020I was amazed at the size of the roofing materials and their parts. Their roofing materials do “InterLock” to become a roof where water cannot find a way through it. The crew was very professional in their manner and expert in removing the old roofing material, then installing the new. They answered all my questions so I could completely understand their answers. The crew really impressed me by how quickly they completed the job.We had them replace some exposed beams in our alcove. The… Read more →

Metal Roofing Honolulu, HI Review
Review: March 13, 2021The materials that you used were of the highest quality. I recognize that the ventilated, insulated plywood used for the insulation of the roof, and the slate-pattern aluminum shingles were the materials that were specified in the original quotation and we are very satisfied with this material. However, what particularly impressed me was your voluntary use of the high quality RoofTopGuard II vapour barrier that your staff felt would give us a better end product, given the site conditions. Review: March 12, 2021Completion: February 28, 2021They were professional and courteous. From the sales end with Randal, to their manager Todd, and the installer Vlad, they did what they said, when they said they were going to do it. They were just true professionals and a pleasure to work with. The only part of the process I wasn't super hot on was a little bit of the sales pitch at the start. I didn't need to be sold on the product. I felt like there was a little bit of an unnecessary sales thing. The product speaks for itself. It was a… Read more →

Review: March 8, 2021Completion: February 5, 2021It is clearly an excellent product, and it looks great on the house! They absolutely need more communication between the salesperson and the installation team. It would be a great improvement if it were a requirement for the salesman to show up to the job site the first day that the installers are there to go over the job, the contract and make sure that the installers understand everything that is going on. I had to get the contract back out a couple of times to show the installers the things… Read more →

Review: March 8, 2021Completion: February 26, 2021The salesperson did not help the project along. I felt it would have been smoother if I was quoted the right amount, and I was told $13 sq ft, and I was charged $16 sq ft, and they did not put my complete tear off in my contract. It was frustrating as a customer, especially when things were having to be backtracked. I thought employees of interlock were going to do my project, and it was a subcontractor that came to do my installation. I was concerned. It has been 2 weeks and I have asked… Read more →
