“The cleanup was painful. We flew our drone several times and found nails, cardboard, crooked gutters where ladders were placed, pieces of stray aluminum and plastic (big and small). We sent the pictures asking to clean up. The crew returned, cleaned up some, but not all. We flew drone again, sent pictures they come back again. 3 times in total. I feel the crew should have left the roof clean and the manager should have flown his own drone to check the work for completion.”

“I cleaned up about 200cigarette butts from everywhere on my property. 2 weeks of about 5 very heavy smokers throwing cigarette butts everywhere. Absolute disrespect to the property. It is one thing cleaning up lots of nails and pieces of aluminum. I understand – it’s construction, things fall down. But I do not understand the cigarette butts, especially when I have to pick these up during COVID.”
