We were home when it was being done and during covid. We were very understanding of the team's needs to use our facilities. We really sort of became a family. Having a project that takes that long, I personally felt it was slightly intrusive into my space, even though we love them all.

He was late in contacting us with changes made to the contract, in terms of the work being done, to the tune of thousands of dollars, and then he wanted us to pay for that. I just can't recommend them. The salesman could improve upon his customer service and his communication. That would be it. I'm glad that it's over.

I'm not too sure if it is fixed. it hasn't rained yet so I have no way of confirming if the job is finally complete. The only area that needs improvement is the leak in my home. The crew at Interlock Roofing were very professional. They worked very hard during the later hours of the day to fix the leakage in my home.

It's worth it if you can afford it. The company is much more professional than any local contractor (and I talked to several). It feels strange always calling a toll-free number during Pacific time for any concerns. After we signed the contract, we were expecting to have local contact person. It's not truly a straight answer. I think if there was a way to contact the same person throughout the process so they are familiar with the situation, that alone would help out quite a bit.
