It's not truly a straight answer. I think if there was a way to contact the same person throughout the process so they are familiar with the situation, that alone would help out quite a bit. There was a lot of good and bad.

It was very different and stressful experience for me .Especially when you have to over look all the details work and can't see what's going on without a ladder. And make sure your worker doesn't damage my place. Like ladder scrapes on my deck and tar on the driveway and steps. Now I have to do a lot of cleaning in the spring.
