Metal Shingles Victoria, BC Review
Review: February 28, 2021Completion: November 30, 2020We still have the promotional lawn sign. There has been no contact for someone to pick it up. Perhaps, a scheduled pick up date would be good.

Metal Shingles London, ON Review
Review: February 24, 2021Completion: September 28, 2020I would say they should put on more snow guards. It was a long project. I don't know if they normally take 6-7 days. We were home when it was being done and during covid. We were very understanding of the team's needs to use our facilities. We really sort of became a family. Having a project that takes that long, I personally felt it was slightly intrusive into my space, even though we love them all.

Metal Shingles Banks, OR Review
Review: February 22, 2021Completion: February 10, 2021We were looking towards metal (vs composite) roofing materials as we wanted an increase in fire resistance, and slippery surface to prevent fir needle gathering and moss growth resistance. The product looks great and sheds water and snow. We hope to see similar results with the fir needs and no moss growth. There has not been a noticeable increase in the sound of rain on the roof. We chose Interlock Roofing based on the material (Aluminum less heat retention), lifetime/50yr warranty, ease and… Read more →

Metal Shingles Ladysmith, BC Review
Review: February 22, 2021Completion: February 22, 2021They were responsive to our initial inquiry and followed up quickly with providing us a quote. They were very thorough in providing us with information about their product and our options providing us with a written quote by the end of our meeting. They were patient with us while we considered the quote, which we really appreciated. They ensured all covid safety procedures were followed. They were able to fit our job in very quickly and the installers were on time, and the job was completed as… Read more →

Review: February 19, 2021Completion: January 31, 2021The project was very professional and the crew was great. I was less enthusiastic about the selling tactics. Part of the roof was just damaged in a storm so we will be contacting you soon.

Review: February 17, 2021Completion: October 21, 2019The price is a little too costly for most people imo. Use the same crew that was used n this job. They were fantastic. So far , except for the chimney leak, all seems to be fine.

Metal Roofing Westfield, NC Review
Review: February 11, 2021Completion: February 11, 2021We contracted in late December for Interlock Roofing to install a new Interlocking Roof. Once we finalized the deal it took about 2 weeks to have the materials delivered and work to begin. On the first day of the project, the front of the house was stripped of the old roof material and about 1/4 of the new roof installed.

Metal Shingles Gardiner, ME Review
Review: January 27, 2021Completion: November 25, 2020We had a leak through the light. They came back to my apartment twice to fix it. I'm not too sure if it is fixed. it hasn't rained yet so I have no way of confirming if the job is finally complete. The only area that needs improvement is the leak in my home. The crew at Interlock Roofing were very professional. They worked very hard during the later hours of the day to fix the leakage in my home.

Metal Shingles Sackville, NB Review
Review: January 19, 2021Completion: December 31, 2020I'd say my house has the nicest-looking roof on my street. The choice of patterns and colors is really a nice feature. It's worth it if you can afford it. The company is much more professional than any local contractor (and I talked to several). It feels strange always calling a toll-free number during Pacific time for any concerns. After we signed the contract, we were expecting to have local contact person. Thank you for the opportunity to give feedback!

Metal Shingles York, ME Review
Review: January 18, 2021Completion: December 20, 2020Keeping tarp right by the house to collect falling metal pieces and nails. I wouldn't want my dogs to step on the metal pieces. We understood that the supervisor would come to check on the project throughout the whole process. Perhaps we misunderstood, but my daughter was the only one who saw him after the project was completed. I am glad you sent me this survey so I can feel that someone in the company is interested in my feelings about the results. This new roof cost a lot of money and I want… Read more →

Metal Shingles Athol, MA Review
Review: January 15, 2021Completion: December 14, 2020The quality of the work was beautiful. The process of getting the roof up there, was a nightmare. We had a really hard time during the process. It's not truly a straight answer. I think if there was a way to contact the same person throughout the process so they are familiar with the situation, that alone would help out quite a bit. There was a lot of good and bad.
