“John responded quickly when I sent him messages; however, the contract we signed said the work would be started within 6 to 8 weeks which would have been mid to end of November. Since I had heard nothing, I contacted John at the end of October to see if he knew when the work would start. He responded promptly that it should start in a couple of weeks. I contacted John again on the 9th of December since no one had arrived and I had received no communication on what was going on. John passed this message on to Chris Wright who responded and explained the delays. The communication on when things would be starting was poor.”
